The Scottish Home Awards celebrate excellence in the housebuilding sector, recognising quality, innovation and design throughout Scotland.
The Fairways is a pocket neighbourhood of 27 homes beside Elderslie Golf Course, offering a mix of two-bedroom apartments and 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes.
The development transformed an underused and overgrown site into a distinctive residential setting, with 25 of the 27 homes now sold.
